Hi Guys,

This video is for all those people who want to lose weight or are trying to lose weight and still want to enjoy crispy spicy chicken.
Don't worry this recipe tastes as good as fried version and requires very few ingredients and air fryer makes it easier if you want to prepare meal just for a single person.
This meal includes some veggies as well like broccoli and carrot salad which adds high fiber and many more nutrients to the diet along with protein.


-----------------------------------------------RECIPE----------------------------------------------------

Ingredients:
Chicken 250gm
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp (or to taste)
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp


Salad- Carrot and Broccoli (you may add your favorites)


Method:
-Marinate chicken with other ingredients
-Preheat air fryer at 180 deg C for 5 min
-Add chicken to air fryer (You may brush oil/butter to the basket or add parchment paper/foil to avoid sticking)
-Cook for around 20-25 min. Flip in between and check if fully cooked. If needed, can be cooked for another 5-10 min
