In this video I am sharing with you guys how to make crispy aloo tikki without riceflour for weight loss for beginners. This crispy no oil aloo tikki is made without riceflour, without breadcrumbs without corn flour or corn starch. There are many other weight loss recipes for beginners on this channel and I will continue to bring more each week. It is very budget friendly recipe. Weight loss should not be expensive. Ingredients use in this recipe is very basic and cheap. It is strictly beginners recipe and for people who are starting their weight loss journey. It can be made with basic ingredients and is yummy and oil free as it is made in air fryer.
This recipe should be specially enjoyed in winter and my greatest tips to lose weight in winters would be stay committed and find replacement for unhealthy food which not only will make it healthy but will add nutrients in them.
Ingredients used to make crispy aloo tikki without riceflour for weight loss for beginners:
1. Boiled potato
2. Green Peas (Optional)
3. Fresh Coriander(Optional)
4. Basic Masalas
5. Flaxseed Powder (alsi ke dane)
Mix all them together by mashing potato and green peas. It need not to be completely mashed, chunkes are okay. Put them in air fryer at 200 C for 10 mins both sides.
Please check between and adjust temperature and time.
