How I Shed 22 kgs: Full Day Eating Routine || Weight loss Journey #weightloss #whatieatinaday

Weightloss journey: Hello Guys, over a period of 1.5 years I had lost 22kgs of weight. I have tried to take healthy options to reduce my weight. Most important when it comes to a weight loss journey is food, what to eat and how much to eat.
- I opted for home cooked meals.
- I did intermittent fasting, that worked well for me.
- Once in two weeks i had whatever I craved for , but controlled my portion
- also, I am lactose Intolerant, hence had only amul lactose milk/soya milk sometimes
- Completed minimum of 10,000 steps everyday
