Welcome to a new full body stretching routine that is also beginner friendly. In this video, which is 18 minute long, I will guide you through a series of mild stretches that will help you release tension, reduce stiffness in the body and improve your flexibility. Whether you are new to stretching or looking for a light and gentle routine to do at home, this video is perfect for you.
For your convenience there is a countdown sound at the end of each exercise that signals about ending, as well as there are voice instructions that are navigating you through each pose and provide a better understanding of the technique.
This stretching routine consists of a nice mix of poses that release tension out from your neck, upper body, your back, hips and hamstrings. Focusing on your breathing will be really helpful while performing this routine, as each exhalation will let your body melt deeper into the stretch and each new inhalation will welcome more oxygen and new energy to your body.
During this routine we are slowly moving from one pose to another, letting go of anything that feels uncomfortable. Make sure that you don't feel any painful sensations while performing any of the poses. Everything should feel good and controlled. Don't push yourself to the limits and stay at the point (probably modified to your unique needs) where you feel a mild sense of discomfort without any painful sensation.
