Yes, I officially stopped my beef-only challenge. If you are new to my channel, I started a 30 day beef only challenge. I only ate beef, salt and water. While the lion diet results was amazing, I did have to travel for a work conference and I reclaimed my love for black COFFEE, salmon, eggs and butter.
Within the 5 Minute Body lifestyle, principle #2 is imperative, 'Mindset Matters'. For me focusing on the progress over perfection is what is important. I realised after this carnivore experimentation that I feel better and happier when I add more variety into my life while still sticking to 100% carnivore. There are some new carnivore diet meals, which (as always) I cook in my beloved Air Fryer.
