Made it through a weekend without eating out and stayed on track despite Superbowl foods!! But it was also the third week in a row without a loss on the scale. I was still 209 pounds this morning. Grrr!
Frustrating? YES Is it a stall? Maybe? Probably not though.. Is it normal on a ketogenic diet? Yes! Can it be explained with my gym routine? Yes! Is it possible to explain it as keto being keto? Yes!
What is my action plan? I'm honestly not worried yet. Yes, it's frustrating to see no loss but it's also the time where you just have to keep going and ignore the scale. This is the time where people who are not committed will fall off the wagon. The ones that are committed to the lifestyle will keep going no matter what. I will try to change up my gym routine to see if that helps. Right now I do 100% weight training and it may be time to switch things up. My new plan is to do 50% weight training and 50% cardio on the elliptical.
