This is a healthy tofu recipe for weight loss. I eat it 3-4 times a week. :) It's so simple and quick to make. You can add any vegetables you like into this dish. Very good way to clean up the left over vegetables in the fridge.
Ingredients:
400g firm tofu
1/3 bell pepper
1/2 carrot
60g snow peas
1/2 green onion
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 oyster sauce
1 cup water
corn starch water
