Now I know what you are thinking.
How the heck could chicken wings be healthy let alone, help you lose weight?
Well, believe it or not - this is a staple recipe that I prescribe to my weight loss clients, and time and time again - they have successfully used it to lose fat.
The reason that this recipe is so great for weight loss is because of its satiety index.
The satiety index is simply a scale by which foods are measured by their degree of satisfaction.
And chicken wings score high on this scale because of their high protein content.
You see, protein is actually one of the most satiating macronutrients and therefore helps you stay full for longer.
This is incredibly important when trying to lose weight because you want to maximize the amount of time you can stay full with the foods you consume.

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400 on the convection setting.
2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread your wings out on the tray making sure that there is enough space between each wing so they are not touching.
3. Bake for 25 minutes and then flip them once.
4. Finish baking them for another 20-35 minutes or until they reach your desired crispiness.
5. Toss in as much Franks Red Hot Sauce as you want
