Optavia: Fueling Transformation - Air Fryer 101 (Savory Edition) - weight loss ideas

Today I demonstrate how to air fry some of the more savory fuelings: the buttermilk cheddar and herb biscuit, the honey sweet potatoes, and the smashed potatoes.

I use 360, preheated for 5 minutes for all of these.

Buttermilk Cheddar and Herb Biscuit:
Mix fueling with 3 T. cold water. Allow to sit while the air fryer preheats to aid in hydration. Pour into the paper ramekin. Cook in air fryer at 360 for 10 minutes.

Honey Sweet Potatoes into potato puffs
Mix fueling with 6 T. cold water. Allow to sit for at least 10 minutes to allow potatoes to hydrate. Evenly divide between 4 silicone muffin liners. Air fry at 360 for 12 minutes. Allow to cool slightly to remove from liner. Flip over, return to the liner, and air fry another 2-4 minutes until crispy on the outside.

Mashed Potatoes into fries or tots.
Mix fueling with 6 T. cold water. Allow to sit for at least 20 minutes to allow potatoes to hydrate. Preheat a dash mini waffle maker for about 5 minutes. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Waffle half of the potatoes for 5 minutes. Repeat with other half. Cut waffles into four wedges or 5 strips. Air fry at 360 for 4-6 minutes, shake basket, air fry another 2-4 minutes until they are your desired level of crispiness.
