In todays video, Itโ€™s meal prep Monday!!
Come hang out with me and letโ€™s create these simple,easy & beginner friendly salmon bowl meal preps!
Ingredient list:
Salmon,cubed
4 garlic cloves,minced
1/2 cup, honey
1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp,Onion powder
1 1/2 tbsp, smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
12 Oz broccoli
1 lb, green beans
3 tbsp low cholesterol butter
2 tbsp, salt free dash seasoning
1/2 Tsp, red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Salmon cooking directions:
Dear salmon on each side for 2-3 minutes
Finish cooking in the oven on 400degrees for 6 minutes or until fully cooked.
