Ingredients:

Olive oil: 2 tsp
Chopped Garlic: 1 tsp
Onion: 2 tsp
Capsicum: 1 bowl
Carrot: 1 bowl
Chicken: 1 bowl
Salt: as per taste
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Pasta: 1 bowl
Tomato puree: homemade 1 bowl

Calories: 328.58 | Carbs: 28.77 | Fats: 12.86 | Proteins: 17.19 (per 200 gram)

Procedure:

1. Boil one bowl of pasta first before starting this recipe.
2. In a pan add 2 tsp of olive oil and put some chopped garlic and sliced onion into it.
3. Now add the remaining veggies, carrot, and capsicum, and cook them slightly.
4. When it is slightly cooked, add 1 bowl of chicken to it and sauté it for a min.
5. Now add tomato puree to it and mix thoroughly, and cook it for 2 mins.
6. After 2 mins, add some spices, like, salt, and black pepper, and mix it well.
7. Add some water as well so that the ingredients do vanish.
8. Now add the prepared boiled pasta, and mix them thoroughly.
9. After mixing, close the gas and add some grated Cheese chili flakes, and oregano and mix it with pasta.
10. With this your pasta is ready to be served.
11. You can garnish it with some more cheese and olives.
