Most Apple Pie Fries are made with sugar, flour, butter and salt and deep fried in oil. Not mine!
They are made from REAL food. Enjoy!!!

HOT APPLE PIE FRIES

INGREDIENTS:
1 large apple cut into "fries" (Envy preferred)

Slurry: (mix all ingredients together until smooth)

1/2 cup millet, ground into a flour
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder

Coating: (mix all ingredients together)

1 cup gluten free rolled oats
1 Tablespoon Apple Pie Spice

1 teaspoon vanilla powder

PREPARATION:

Core apple and cut into even fries. One at a time, coat in the slurry and then dredge in the coating. Air fry at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until done. Serve with Vanilla Caramel Dipping Sauce.
