Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet in Air Fryer!

Macros for the WHOLE Cookie Skillet (w/out Ice Cream):
405 Cals, 43g Carbs, 11g Fat, 33g Protein!

Ingredients:
25g All-Purpose Flour
25g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder of your choice
18g PB Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder (https://www.proteincookiebutter.com/)
8g Coconut Flour
3g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
3g Baking Soda
1 Large Egg
40g Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
40g Unsweetened Apple Sauce
15g Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions:
1.) Add all your dry ingredients (except mini chocolate chips) into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Add your wet ingredients and combine till you have a wet cookie dough-like consistency. Add to the freezer for 10 minutes to help thicken up a bit more.
2.) After the freezer, add your mini chocolate chips and mix those in. Now take your 6.5in cast iron skillet and spray with cooking spray. Add your cookie dough and spread till you have the whole skillet evenly covered.
3.) Now add to your air fryer on 250 degrees F for 8 minutes. Once done, enjoy or add some ice cream on top for that warm-cold contrast!

Protein Toaster Waffles!

Macros for each Toaster Waffle:
75 Cals, 9g Carbs, 1.5g Fat, 7g Protein!

Ingredients (makes 12 waffles):
120g Pancake Mix of your choice
60g Whey/Casein Blend Vanilla Protein Powder
30g PB Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder
24g Coconut Flour
8g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
8g Baking Powder
150g Egg Whites
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk to the consistency of batter

Directions:
1.) Add all your dry ingredients into bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Add wet ingredients and mix. Repeat adding almond milk until you reach that batter-like consistency.
2.) Preheat your mini waffle makers. Spray with non stick cooking spray and then add 1/12 of your batter to each. Cook till golden. Repeat this process until all 12 are cooked.
