First of all you have to see the reason of why the stomach is delicate. So first you test it whether you have celiac disease or you have wheat or gluten intolerance. Then you should follow the gluten elimination diet. So if you do not have any concern, but just the weak stomach, then you can follow the regular diet, but healthy diet. It should consist off whole cereals like whole wheat, whole rice and millets and all that but unprocessed, the rice should also be not processed, because all the essential nutrients are ripped off. Take yoghurt. Home prepared fresh yoghurt would be the best thing. Otherwise with live and active cultures. So see the ingredients because these live and active cultures have more of good bacteria. They work on the digestive system and they make the digestive system very healthy. Fruits like apple, banana and cantaloupe and kiwi, pears etc they are very helpful because they are very rich in the host of many nutrients. Especially the pectin which helps in the digestive system. Papaya is also very good food to be taken. Then vegetables like beets and especially beet, greens, carrot, cucumber, , tomato, sweet potato etc are very good vegetables because they are rich in fiber and lot of minerals, they would help you in digesting and keeping your stomach light , Then herbs like ginger, methi, jeera, they are very good herbs. Ginger you can of course add in all the cookery and also you can take jeera water and methi water also. Lemon water is having a very good remedy for digestive problems. So you can make lemon decoction with hot water and take it in the morning to relieve any digestive problems. Sipping hot water also is a very good remedy for all the stomach related problems throughout the day. I also gave some supplements to relieve this problem like essential fatty acids like Omega 3, which fights the stomach infections and keeps the stomach healthy and also B vitamins release the digestive enzymes, along with other supplementation as per the person’s needs.
