Doing yoga in the morning can really help improve your focus, energy levels and mood but most of all it is a great way to start the day with positive intensions. The yoga poses and stretches in this class will help stretch the entire body but as always, do what feels right and feel free to skip any poses that don't feel right. See you on the mat!
