Howdy friends! Welcome to this 30 min yoga class for deep stretch and flexibility.
This class is great for all levels with advanced options offered.
I made this class specifically to enhance flexibility. So unlike passive stretching, this yoga class emphasizes active engagement, working your flexibility with intention and a bit of strength. You will notice the difference faster than simply passive stretching.
During this yoga for flexibility class, we'll hold and move through various poses that reorganize our fascia – the connective tissue that can often contribute to tightness. By reorganizing them in a way that allows for more stretch - we promote a greater range of motion and flexibility.
As you breathe through these deep yoga stretches, you’ll notice not only a physical release but also a calming effect on your nervous system, making it an excellent choice for those seeking both a mental and physical reset.
