#Shorts This is my simple postpartum diet with lots of fluids and fibre. I also add dishes rich in iron and calcium in my three meals and take my iron and calcium supplements too.
Please include good amount of protein in your meals.
Breakfast and dinner along with tiffin I take a lot of veggies.
Please take green for breakfast or lunch and not dinner also drink a lot of water.
Please note I don’t take any special food to increase my milk supply.
Breastfeeding and doing all the baby chores myself(thanks to covid) has helped me loose few kilos and it also helped me reduce my tummy in two weeks.
