Published on 30 March 2022 in Science Advances, a study by Economists Dr Thijs Van Rens, Dr Marija Vukotic and Dr Roberto Pancrazi from the University of Warwick set out to quantify distortions in the price of fruit and vegetables due to market imperfections, and their impact on our diets.
