Do you have persistent pain down one side of your neck?
Have you been stretching the heck out that muscle by tugging your head to the opposite side to get relief?
Did you know you may actually be making it worse like that?! Imagine the pain was not the muscle but from the spine.... imagine the toothpaste popping out of the tube is the pain and you are squeezing the opposite side (forcing it our further out) every time you stretch it to the opposite side!
By completing the stretches towards the side of pain we may push the tissue back in place, relieving tension!
