Join me for my new flow - an artistic, relaxing vinyasa-style yoga. Practicing yoga asana is one of my favourite things to do - I am thankful I can share it & hope to inspire others to live their dreams and lead healthy lives to. And while yoga asana feels good in the body & is cool to watch, it's only one small part of yoga. Yoga is also about increasing self-awareness, BEING in PRESENCE, & offering compassion to yourself & others. Living in HARMONY with NATURE & the WORLD around us. 🌱 🌸 🌎♻️. Open your HEART 💚, open to LOVE 💕 . Open to LIFE 🌿🦋. Practicing yoga outdoors in nature helps me settle into the present moment & fills my being with peace ☮️ & happiness 😃. And what is vinyasa yoga? It's a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Check out my demo for an example.
