Stretching is an important part of your workout routine to help release any stiffness and tightness from the muscles. I filmed a quick 10 min stretch routine for you that you can follow after you finish your workouts! This is a short video, so we will get straight into the stretches to save time. If at any time you feel the need to take a break or modify any of your positions, please go ahead and do so.
