About this Deep Stretch Yoga for Flexibility
Howdy friends! Welcome to this 45-minute yoga class focused on deep stretching and flexibility. This class is approachable for all levels, offering modifications for beginners and options to deepen poses for intermediate and advanced yogis.
Our practice emphasizes active flexibility and dynamic movements that combine strength with flexibility to achieve more effective results than passive stretching alone.
This full body yoga stretch targets key areas where we tend to hold the most tension—hips, hamstrings, quads, back, and shoulders.
We'll move through deep, intentional poses that help lengthen tight muscles, increase joint mobility, and improve functional flexibility. Along the way, I’ll offer anatomy-based cues to help you better understand how your body moves and how to safely go deeper in your practice.
