Yoga Exercises with the Revolved Sundial and Half Upright Seated Angle Poses
In this video, I will begin by doing a "half upright seated angle" pose. I will stretch out each leg. From there, I will do a "revolved sundial" pose. This will also stretch your legs. Next, I will do an "upright seated angle" pose. This is rather difficult, so please go at your own pace. After going through this exercise regiment, I will do some cool down exercises.
