To my breastfeeding moms out there, if you have any tips and tricks to increase supply, please share them with me! In my opinion, nutrition is 50 percent important to milk supply, the other is mental health. As I've been dealing with an increase in stress I've seen my milk supply take a hit. I'm working on being less stressed, focus more on my kids rather than keeping up with chores, and eating mindfully. It's all a work in progress but Jesus is guiding me through it.
