***LUNCH***

- 2Leeks, 4 medium Potatoes, 2 small onions& 3 garlic cloves.

- Brown Onions and garlic, Add washes and chopped Leeks and Potatos

- Add 1tsp of salt

- Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning 1tsp https://goo.gl/CJGgQC

-Add 1/2 tspn Cumin Powder.

- Blend the cooked leeks& Potatoes, then add remaining chopped up potatoes for texture.

*** D I N N E R ***

BAKE SALMON ON 200C FOR 20 MINS

- Season Salmon with 2 tsp Mrs. Dash, Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend https://goo.gl/A761Rf

- Use Zest and Juice of 1 Lemon

- Drizzle of Olive Oil, Rub the seasoning onto the salmon and Place it
in the oven.

MIXED VEG;

- Fry 2 Small onions untill brown in colour

- Add Carrots, cook for a further 10 mins

- Add the rest of the veg and season with 1\2 tsp salt, dash of Soy Sauce

- 1Tsp of Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning 1tsp

- Cover and turn off heat.

MASH POTATO SEASONING;

- Add 1/2 tsp of Salt &Black Pepper.

- 1/2 tbsp of butter.

- 1 and 1/2 tbsp of Primal Kitchen, Mayonnaise with Avocado Oil,

- Mash and it's ready to serve!
