I decided to switch things up this week and share what I eat in a day for healthy skin as a dermatologist. Of course it's great to eat foods that keep your skin healthy, but my philosophy is to eat foods that support total body health. Food is also about enjoyment and pleasure, so although I like to eat mostly plant-based, I don't deprive myself of things I'm craving. And of course, I always finish the day with some dessert!
