Cabbage Steak Ingredients:
1 Cabbage (300 g)
Olive oil 40 g
A clove of garlic (7 g)
Mushrooms 150 g
Salt 2 tsp (8 g)
Black pepper ½ tsp (2 g)
Tomato puree 200 g
Paprika 1½ tsp (6 g)
A small bunch of green onion (30 g)

Dressing ingredient:
Greek yogurt 2 tbsp (30 g)
Sour cream 1 tbsp (15 g)
Garlic powder ½ tsp (2 g)
Salt to taste

Cabbage Steak Recipe:
First, slice the cabbage into thick sheets. Then, sprinkle 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of paprika and 1/2 tsp of black pepper over them.
Repeat this for the other side of the cabbages as well.
Heat a pan over low heat and pour in a little olive oil.
Next, arrange the cabbages in the pan and sauté each side for about 7 to 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, take another pan and place it on low heat, adding a bit of olive oil.
Chop the green onions and add them to the pan, sautéing on low heat for 2 minutes.
Grate the garlic and add it to the pan.
Chop the mushrooms and add them to the pan.
Then, add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of paprika.
Finally, add the tomato puree and sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat.
To prepare the dressing, mix Greek yogurt, sour cream, garlic powder, and a little salt together in a bowl.
Place the cabbage steaks on a plate, top them with the mushroom topping, drizzle with the sauce, and serve.
