Let's face it. Sometimes Mcdonald's is too enticing so here's how to eat there the healthy way. I know a countless number of people who crave fast food and just don't know how to stop it. The first step is through a psychological process called extinction. You can slowly progress your way from the worst food at mcdonalds to eating the healthiest food at mcdonalds. Then by the time you start eating properly at mcdonalds it'll be much easier to quit fast food permanently and find better alternatives. No longer will you associate Mcdonald's with fatty and unhealthy foods. You'll now associate it with relatively healthy food and start to change your eating habits in general.

Although it's certainly possible to eat relatively healthy at Mcdonalds or other fast food chains that doesn't mean you should cling to them. Obviously Mcdonalds isn't the ideal option to get into the sort of shape you want.
