In this video, I’m going to demonstrate a few easy neck stretches and exercises that help stop neck pain.
Neck stiffness and neck pain can affect range of motion, neck flexion, and neck extension. There are two main causes of neck pain—the neck problem itself and digestion.
You can check if digestion is causing your neck pain by checking your gallbladder. The gallbladder has nerves that connect to the neck called phrenic nerves.
