Hello, I'm Dr. Shanmuga Pillai PT. In this video, I explain what cervical canal stenosis is and demonstrate effective exercises to relieve it. The exercises covered in this video are:
Isometric Neck Exercise - Strengthens the neck muscles.
Chin Tuck Exercise - Helps reduce neck pain and tension.
Trapezius Stretch - Relieves tension in the upper back muscles.
Levator Scapulae Stretch - Reduces tension in the back of the neck.
Anterior Scalene Stretch - Alleviates tension in the front neck muscles.
These exercises should be done daily to help reduce neck pain, strengthen muscles, and manage cervical canal stenosis safely. If you have any questions about these exercises, please ask in the comments.
