π§ββοΈ Have you recently experienced a car accident and are dealing with the aftermath of whiplash? I know exactly how you feel. In this video, I'm sharing my personal journey of healing after two car accidents, focusing on two yoga poses that were instrumental in my recovery. When my neck was seized up and my nervous system was in shock, I found immense relief in a variation of the Child's Pose and a certain reclined position. These poses helped me relax, let go of the held impact in my body, and release the tension in my neck and shoulders.
π My approach to recovery is holistic - encompassing not just the physical, but also the emotional and nervous system healing that is often overlooked. This beginner-friendly practice is not about mastering the poses, but about finding comfort and relief in your own body.
