Welcome to a new upper body stretching routine that was created to help you ease tension and stiffness in your neck area, your shoulders, arms and upper back and side body.

In the modern world, we have to sit for long periods of time; in traffic, at school desks, at a computer or lap top, using iPads or Smart Phones, in front of a TV, or phone texting, all these activities affect our muscles and we start feeling fatigue, stiffness, tension the lac of mobility in different parts of the body.

By including upper body stretch into your daily routine you are adding gentle movement to your life, welcoming the feeling of lightness, at the same time improving general feeling of the body. The selection of poses and moves that is given in this session is supposed to stretch muscles step by step, starting with neck, moving down to shoulders, chest and arms, slowly continuing to back muscles.

Don't push yourself to the limits and stay at the point (probably modified to your unique needs) where you feel a mild sense of discomfort without any painful sensation.

For your convenience there is a countdown sound at the end of each exercise that signals about ending, as well as there are voice instructions that are navigating you through each pose and provide a better understanding of the technique.

Whether you're looking to improve your flexibility, reduce stress, or simply feel better in your body, this stretching routine is the perfect way to start your day or wind down after a long day.

Sending you much love,
