Howdy friends! Welcome to this 20-minute yoga class focused on deep stretching and flexibility. This class is suitable for all levels, offering variations for beginners with each pose having multiple steps/variations you can add on for intermediate yoga and advanced yoga.

Our practice emphasizes active engagement, combining strength with flexibility to achieve more effective results than passive stretching alone. We'll hold and flow through poses that target and reorganize the fascia—the connective tissue that often contributes to tightness—promoting a greater range of motion and enhanced flexibility.​
