10 Minute MORNING Yoga Stretches for All Levels
Hi friends, Its Laurie here from LEMon yoga and welcome back to another video with me. Today I am guiding you through a 10 minute morning yoga sequence to get your day off to the best start. Release the back and the hips first thing in the morning is a great way to get rid of stiffness that builds in the body during the night. Moving the body properly first thing in the morning will help with your overall mobility in the long run. I really hope you enjoy this 10 minute morning routine as much as I did making it.
