Hi friends and welcome to today's yoga video- 10 minute bedtime yoga stretches. These unwinding stretches will relax you and help you prepare for a deep sleep. These gentle stretches will release tension built during the day. The evening stretches will also help to relax the mind and let go on thoughts from the day you don't want to take into the evening with you. 10 minutes of yoga is doable for most us before bed and really 10 minutes is all you need to make the world of difference!
