I'm excited to share with you today what I eat in a day for healthy and sustainable vegan weight loss. Four years ago I finally quit overcomplicating my diet and became a healthy vegan eating a whole foods plant-based diet. I lost 50 LBS of body fat over a 10/11 month time frame and I have kept it off ever since easily. I hope you enjoy this video and you find it helpful on your journey.

✨Chocolate Baked Oats Cake:
1 C of rolled oats
About 1 C of chickpeas
about 1/4 c unsweet cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 banana
1 c plant milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tbsp maple syrup (depends on how sweet you want it)
Top with chocolate chips (optional)
- Blend and pour into non non-stick baking dish or line a regular one with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 mins at 350 degrees
Let cool and top with icing

Icing:
As much pb2 powder and unsweet cocoa powder as you want. I usually do 2 tbsp pb2 powder and 1 tbsp cocoa. Then I do 1 tbsp maple syrup and I add water to thin it out if need be. You can really make this how you'd like though - sometimes my measurements are different.
