Dieting on vacation is one of the most common questions that I get. People often are worried about how a vacation will affect their progress. But in your long term plans, you don’t have to worry about being perfect on your vacation.

We all look forward to going on vacation. It’s the time of the year when we can let our hair down, leave all work stresses behind, and relax. I bet you could almost see the movie in your mind of that vacation right now if you close your eyes. I bet that movie you see in your mind's eye doesn’t include exercise. Life is too short to exercise while on vacation. Isn’t it?

Well, don’t worry. I have seven tips for you that will make your vacation enjoyable; you can start your weight-loss journey with these habits and keep them going while enjoying your vacation. No matter what your most ambitious goals are, you can achieve them and, at the same time, enjoy your vacation.

You can stay motivated to lose weight and have fun at the same time when you change your mindset.

I have been documenting my weight loss journey for the past month now, and during that time, I have created a stunning movie in my mind. Practicing losing weight using my mind.

I didn't change what I eat in a day to the extreme, I started intermittent fasting and changed my mindset away from an I’m losing weight mindset to a more upbeat, love my body mindset.
