Today we’re making keto burgers with homemade buns, all cooked in the air fryer — easy, cozy, and incredibly satisfying.
These burgers are low carb, gluten-free, high in protein, and perfect if you’re trying to lose weight without giving up real comfort food.

Yes — even the buns are keto… and they’re SO good 🤍

📌 Keto Burger Buns (Air Fryer)
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup lupin flour (50 g)
- ⅓ cup psyllium husk powder (30 g)
- 1 tsp baking powder (4 g)
- pinch of salt
- pinch of paprika
- ⅓ cup boiling water (80 ml)

👩‍🍳 Method:
Whisk eggs with salt and paprika.
Mix in lupin flour, psyllium, and baking powder.
Add boiling water, stir to a thick dough, and let rest.
Shape 2 buns with wet hands and air fry 15 min at 170°C / 338°F.

🥑 Macros per 1 bun (1 of 2):
260 kcal · 22 g protein · 12.5 g fat · 1.8 g net carbs

📌 Keto Burgers (Complete)
Ingredients:
- 2 keto buns
- 2 beef patties (about 150 g)
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- Pickle–mustard sauce: 2 pickles, 1 tsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp ketchup
- Garlic–parsley butter: 1 Tbsp butter (15 g), fresh parsley, 1 garlic clove

👩‍🍳 Method:
Sear beef patties briefly on both sides.
Slice buns, add sauce, patty, and cheese.
Brush buns with garlic butter, assemble burgers, and air fry until melty and golden.

🥑 Macros — per 1 whole burger:
810 kcal · 57 g protein · 59 g fat · 3.3 g net carbs

✨ These burgers are filling, comforting, and honestly don’t feel like “diet food” at all.
