Ingredients: 1 cup Raw Almonds 3 cup Water 4 Seedless Dates, optional Salt, to taste, optional

Unsweetened Almond Milk - Even though unsweetened milk is healthy, I have used dates to slightly sweeten up the milk and you could also use vanilla to flavor it up. But both are optional to use 3.
