Strawberry Ice-cream
Calories per entire tub: 376, Protein: 23g, Fat: 8.6g, Carbs: 60g
1 firm silken tofu (304g)
1 - 2 tbsp maple syrup or use stevia to lower calories
1.5 cup frozen strawberries
pinch of sea salt
1 tbsp vegan vanilla keto pudding (linked in my amazon storefront)
20g raw cashews (Optional for extra creaminess!, I didn't use any in this recipe.)
Blend till smooth, Refrigerate overnight. Spin on Ninja creami, Add your favorite add-on's and enjoy.

Chocolate Mousse: (Makes 2 servings)
calories as shown with toppings per serving 465, Fat: 17g, Protein 16g, Carbs: 55g
1 extra firm silken tofu (304g)
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp maple syrup & some stevia
pinch of sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
60g dark (70%) chocolate chips, Feel free Use Lilly's dark chocolate chips to further reduce calories.
Blend till smooth. Refrigerate 5-6 hours or overnight. Enjoy with fresh raspberries or other toppings of your choice.

Tofu Siracha Mayo

Pasta makes 3 servings:
Creamy Alfredo Sauce contains:
1 soft silken tofu (304g)
1 tsp garlic powder
1.5 - 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
salt per taste (Blend, set aside)
For Pasta:
1.5 tbsp gochujang paste
6 minced garlic
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 - 2/3 cup reserved pasta water
cooked 200g (dry) pasta
200g extra firm tofu (air fried for 10 minutes at 375F with 1 tsp corn starch, garlic powder & salt)
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tbsp fresh or dried basil
chili flakes per taste
1 tbsp chili crisp oil (adjust per taste)
