I don't get that excited about new "health hacks" or trending lifestyle habits anymore.
While some of them might be great, I've found the most benefit (so far) from just doing the "basics" of adjusting food, sleep, and exercise.
That said, the adjustments I found weren't immediately obvious to me. They took some digging.
Different things might work for you. If you're thriving with something, I don't mean to dissuade you.
