This deep core spinal-pelvic stabilization workout includes my favorite exercises to strengthen the pelvic area, support and stabilize the spine and activate the inner abdominals. The key is to focus on doing each exercise slowly with control movement. Breathe deeply and contract your core. Keep your back neutral at all times. During the toe tap exercise, tighten your core area fully and avoid arching your lower back. Even if you have to do a smaller movement.
The arch crunch exercise will work the outer abdominals and obliques.
