Today's Upper Body strength workout uses light to moderate weights and lots of repetition, RIPPED hits the arms, chest, back and core and is set to great music. Together, weโre going to sweat, challenge ourselves with varying loads, tackle exercises that work in all planes of motion, and use every muscle in your upper body. This workout will strengthen your core, tone your body, and leave you feeling PUMPED! RIP is a pre-choreographed program by Power Music typically done with a barbell, but today we are using dumbbells. So go grab those weights and get ready to be RIPPED!
