Today's Lower Body strength workout uses moderate to heavy weights and lots of repetition, RIP hits the quads, hamstrings, glutes and core and is set to great music. Together, weโre going to sweat, challenge ourselves with varying loads, tackle exercises that work in all planes of motion, and use every muscle in your lower body. This workout will strengthen your core, tone your body, and leave you feeling PUMPED! RIP is a pre-choreographed program by Power Music typically done with a barbell, but today we are using dumbbells. So go grab those weights and get ready to be RIPPED!
