This class will include cardio, strength, balance, agility, brain exercises (dual/multi-task exercises), and flexibility/stretching. We will bring all the fitness components together in one fun workout.
This class is intended for all fitness levels. Modifications will be given to increase and/or decrease the challenge. Items needed: sturdy armless chair, small weighted objects (1-3 lb), and hand/kitchen towel.
