1. Begin with a Warm-Up
2. Back Workout:
- Assisted or Regular Pull-Ups (2x Until Failure)
- Banded Pull-Ups (2x Until Failure)
- Cable Pulldowns (4x 10-12)
- Single Arm Dumbbell Rows (4x10-12/arm)
- Rear Delt Flys (4x10-12)
- Hyperextensions (4x10-12)
3. Finish with Sprints
- 15sec Sprint (as fast as you can)
- 15-20sec Rest/Walk
Repeat Sprint Circuit a total of 5-7x
