Todays full body strength RIP workout will help you build strength/muscle, endurance and burn lots of calories! All you need for this workout is a mat and a variety of dumbbells. This workout is beat driven, which means we use the music to move. Each song works a specific part of the body using high reps and medium to moderate weight. I recommend doing this workout 2-3 x per week for noticeable results especially if you're looking to build strength and lose body fat. Combine this workout it with a few low-impact cardio core workouts and you should see results. Make sure you eat a diet that gives you energy and focuses on whole foods. Grab your weights and let's get RIPPED!

RIP is a pre-choreographed program from Power Music. This is typically done with a barbell, but today we are using dumbbells for one of the best strength training workouts at home.
