CLASS #9 FITNESS FOR YOUR AGING BRAIN

Welcome to Fitness for Your Aging Brain! You are joining approximately 700 older adults from across Ontario as we work together to keep everyone's brain active and healthy as you age.

EQUIPMENT FOR TODAY'S CLASS:
1. a safe area away from stairs to work out | clear the floor of any trip hazards and put the dog or cat safely in the other room.
2. a solid chair without arms
3. a 1lb-2-lb weighted Pilates ball, or replacement (see equipment video)
4. a good imagination
