7-Min Weighted Core Spinal Stabilization Workout | Day 18 of REBUILD

This is a great spinal stabilization workout that'll challenge and strengthen the deep intrinsic core muscles. The exercises are harder than they look and are challenging so make sure you take your time with each movement. We're going to use weight in this core workout. This is the first weighted core workout in the program so be careful not to do any fast movements.
In the plank exercises, make sure your back is not moving and your core is very tight. You can take a break at any time to reset your posture. You also can use a book, water bottle or very light weight to start. Just focus on keeping things tight and stable.

The first exercise will warm up and get your core ready for more challenge.

EXERCISES:

1. Deadbug
2. Plank DB vertical pulls
3. High or Low Plank DB pull across
4. Double leg lifts
5. DB supported double leg lifts
