45 MINUTE SUPERWOMAN LEG DAY 2 | Intense Leg and Plyometric Workout. Whoa! This workout was tough! In between the strength exercises, I added some plyometric hops and jumps. Of course, you can do low impact if you need, but turning these exercises up can really help you increase in speed, strength and VO2Max!
